Using the Schedule button above set up a time for one of our experts to reach out to you and assist. After you book your time you will get an email confirming the details as well as any additional information you may need for your session.

Our team members will call, email, or text you shortly before your scheduled time. Describe your issues to us, ask us anything; there are no dumb questions! If your issues are on your computer, we will guide you on letting us connect to it through secure and private methods.

Once we are connected to your computer, we will be controlling it while you watch and talk to us on the phone. We will kindly explain what is going wrong and how we are fixing the issue. No knowledge is required on your part, we can fix just about anything.

What if I don't know anything about computers?
Leave the expertise to us; that's where our experts come in. We will guide you from beginning to end on letting us connect to your device. We will take it from there!
How do you fix my computer?
We will use a built-in tool that every computer already has, called "Quick Assist". Once we are in contact with you, we will guide you on opening it up, giving us a simple number code, and then you click accept.
This allows us to control your computer. We do not view personal files, photos, or folders, we only care about fixing your problem. We will talk to you along the way and quickly fix your computer!
What if my device doesn't even turn on?
No problem! We will talk you through this situation, and if we cannot get your device to turn on at all, we will help you get it repaired locally, in person since that is typically a physical device problem.
Do I need to do anything?
After we guide you through and we are connected to your computer, that's it! Our experts will quickly find the problem, clean it up or fix it, and let you know what the problem was.
What happens if it takes more than 1 hour?
We are transparent and are built on trust. If we get through the first hour, and believe we can confidently fix it in the 2nd, we will discuss a discounted follow-on hour or two with you. If you agree, we will continue working and process continued payment.
Is this only for computers?
Nope! We will fix anything technology related for you through phone, text, or email. Let us know when we call you and we will quickly get to work!
